Our Next Meeting

Radio Magruder will be meeting after school in room B-232 on Wednesday, January 12th. If you would like to join the club, just show, it's as simple as that. New members are always welcome and activity bus tickets will be provided.

Our Next Show

Another year, another year. That means change. Starting with our next show, we will be switching over to a live format.

Because of our new format change, we are looking for DJs for next semester’s shows. If you would like to apply, talk to either Sideburns or Dr. Newman about all the necessary steps. Be sure to complete ALL of the attached forms and include all of the specified items. You can return your form in B-232 to the antenna folder directly next to the door.

You can also get our forms online. Just go to "Our On Air DJs" page and click on the picture to download and print it.

If you need help making a demo tape, once again, talk to Sideburns or Dr. Newman and they will be glad to help you. All applicants without a demo tape will not be considered.

What do you think of our show? We still want your opinion. How can we improve it? That's all up to you. Just comment on this post to tell about how you think we can improve our shows.

Sports Reporter

Radio Magruder is still looking for a sports reporter. As the sports reporter for Radio Magruder, you will have your own sports mini-show within' our new format change and you will also have your own page on our website. If you would like to fill this position, please comment your email address and name to this post and/or come to the next Radio Magruder meeting, Wednesday, December 22nd after school in B232. Don't worry, we wont publish your comment.

Also, we are looking for a sports photographer. If you like taking pictures and want to see sports from the sidelines, also comment your contact information on this post. As the sports photographer, your pictures will be up on our website.

Our Next Show

Our next show, airing on Wednesday, December 15th during all lunches will be our all requests show. Remember, you have till 7:00 Tuesday night to get your song aired on the next show. If you don't hear your song on this show, remember that we are playing again next week.

The show after that will air on Wednesday, December 22nd during all lunches. Remember, we need wintery requests for that show.
