It's Official!

Yes, we are doing Radio Dramas! As said on the last post, we will be performing "The Maltese Falcon." If you would like to sign-up for a roll in this exceptional opportunity, you can do so one the Drama Bulletin board. Just sign up, and listen to the morning announcements for more information.

Radio Drama Shows

Are you one of those people who are looking for a drama production to do after school? Would you like to be part of something innovative, and only at Magruder High School? Well, this is your chance. Magruder Drama Production and Radio Magruder are working together on our first radio drama show, The Maltese Falcon. If you would like to be part of this event, go to the next Radio Magruder meeting on Wednesday, May 4th after school in C-125.

It's Meeting Time

Once again, we are having our weekly meeting. We want you there. Not a member, not a problem, just show up. Bring a friend, too.

New Format Means New Shows

Well, because of our changing format, we will be having a change in the shows we play. Yes, we will still be playing our music shows, but we have something different too, shows only available online. Among those shows are going to be a Student Jeopardy, Sports Shows, Magruder News, and our Radio Drama Shows.

If you would like to be part of any of these shows, just email radiomagruder@gmail.com, comment on this post (your comment will not be published), turn in your name and info in room C-125 (in our hand in form), or just talk to either Mr. Austin or Sideburns. They will be glad to help you out.

We Still Want You

We are STILL LOOKING FOR DJs. Would you like to have your own show? Would you like to be heard playing the music that you dig? Well, here's your chance. Just stop by room C-125 and pick up the Radio Audition form, either by taking it from the folder or asking Mr. Austin for assistance.

Along with DJs, we are still looking for SPORTS REPORTERS. Once again, if you would like to have your own show where you just talk about those sports (both Magruder and National), either talk to Mr. Austin or Sideburns about it. They will be glad to assist you.

Radio Drama: A new thing we have been discussing. Our plan is to do those radio shows, yes, like the original "Gunsmoke" or "I Love Lucy." If you would like to be part of this, once again, stop by room C-125.
