Yeah, it may not be past Thanksgiving yet, but that does not mean that we can't start celebrating.

This year, we will be having a Sideburns Happy Holidays show, where he spotlights those oldies but goodies holidays tunes.

What?

Yeah, you heard me right. Radio Magruder will be getting a studio. All of the equipment is courtesy of Northwood High School, and the space is provided by Mrs. Harper. Thank you all for your support.

What does this mean?

Well, for starters, you will be hearing more shows on Radio Magruder. Also, we can start our radio dramas (in ALL theatre classes).

Radio Magruder Meetings

Radio Magruder will be meeting EVERY WEDNESDAY after school in the Media Center. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 21st. NEW MEMBERS WELCOME!

Also, ACTIVITY BUS TICKETS ARE PROVIDED!

Ready for next year?

Want to be part of something new, innovative, and most of all fun? Well, this is your chance. Join Radio Magruder, the only club at Magruder where the focus is making YOU a star, and getting YOU your own show, ONLINE!

Currently, we are in of a sports reporter (where you and a friend can get into sports games for FREE), sports photographer (an excuse to get on the sidelines and take some cool pictures), and people who would like to take part in our first ever Radio Drama show.

We are also in search for DJS! If you are shy, you don't even have to talk during the show, and you don't even have to use your name in the show. If you have ANY questions, just ask us via email (radiomagruder@gmail.com) or comment on this post (don't worry, we won't make your comment visible)

Do you like going to Magruder sports games? Do you like to talk about Magruder sports games? Well, this is your chance. Radio Magruder is looking for sports reporters for the 2011-2012 school year. As a sports reporter, YOU CAN GET INTO ALL GAMES FOR FREE. Also, you could take a friend. Even better, you can GO INTO THE PRESS BOX OR ON THE FIELD!

We would like to remember Spencer Datt, Haeley McGuire, and John Hoover, all part of the Magruder family.

This is just a reminder from all of us here at Radio Magruder, only you can make that decision, the one of life or death, whether it is from underage drinking and driving to distracted driving: don't do it.

You will in turn hurt the ones that care for you, and leave behind the ones that you make great.

We need your support!

Radio Magruder can't succeed if you don't help us. Help us out by telling your friends about us, and our new format. Tell them our website. Tell your teachers. Without you, there will be no Radio Magruder.
